Star Wars Vehicle Millennium Falcon Spotted Parked on Google Maps
Star Wars is one of the biggest movie franchises of all times. The series has been around since the 1970s and has captured the attention of generations of fans! The new trilogy of the famed movies started off in December 2015 with Episode VII. The sequel to the movie is all set to release next month, on the 15th of December. The filming has completed months ago, and some of the sets are now visible on Google Maps, including the legendary Millennium Falcon – the space ship owned by Han Solo and Chewbacca and by Rey following Han Solo’s death.
The Millennium Falcon has been spotted parked next to a Golf Course in Surrey! Set locations for Star Wards movies are usually kept hidden and secure so that no secrets regarding the movie spill out, as well as the expensive sets remain safe from any damage. the Millennium Falcon , which is one of the largest vehicles in the movie can’t be hidden for long!
It was easily identified via Google Maps because of its distinct shape and large size. As of now the fate of the spaceship in the movie is not known. It could possibly have been parked in that golf course near the studios for either filming in the third movie in the new trilogy, or simply kept there for a while because it might have been destroyed in the film.
