Google’s Jamboard Whiteboard Now Available in the UK at £3,999
Google launched the Jamboard Whiteboard in October last year. This is Google’s collaborative device for offices and it is a part of Google’s G Suite family of products and services. The Jamboard is the ultimate enterprise solution. Simply put it is a 55 inched interactive whiteboard which supports a number of features such as video conferencing, online collaboration and much more. The Jamboard Whiteboard has now come to the UK.
The Jamboard whiteboard first went on sale in the US in March, at a price of $4,999. While it is a costly device, the features and services that it offers more than makes up for it. It has now been made available in the UK markets too, priced in at £3,999.
The Jamboard Whiteboard: A Closer Look
Google’s Jamboard Whiteboard comes out into the markets with a massive 55 inch frame. It offers a touch display which features up to 16 touch points. One of the biggest advantages of this whiteboard is that it comes loaded with cameras and microphones which makes it an effective device for conferencing and communication.
The Jamboard offers the users with USB 3.0, HDMI, NFC and USB Type-C connectivity options. It comes with a number of Google apps pre-installed into it. The Jamboard can be mounted on a stand or can be attached to a wall. The Jamboard Whiteboard ships with a wall mount, an eraser and two styluses. The stand that you get here is a basic wall mount, those who want a rolling stand will have to pay an additional sum of £1,199.

The Jamboard Whiteboard costs £3,999 in the UK without taxes. Including 20% VAT would probably take it to around £4,799 (about $6277). The price is massive, but the device isn’t meant for ordinary users and is an enterprise product. Here is the complete pricing structure of the Jamboard in the UK:
In addition to this, users would also need to pay £498 as an annual fee every year. As an early-bird discount the annual management fee of the first year has been reduced to £249 and the price of the rolling stand has been reduced to £1,000 if the purchase is made before the end of the year.
