      after a factory reset did you try starting in safe mode and wiping it ? that may actually remove the id, just a thought i would have tried.

    A friend’s husband stole my phone and I forgotten my Gmail password and I just now found my device I’d number and model of my phone info serial number but I’m positive it’s off now how can I access my Gmail with the information I now have my back up email I use for emergency lock out is ironically this one I’m on but I type n enter the code to get a new password on my primary one and it says that I don’t give enough information and it won’t allow me to send a report and I depseratly need it my job IDs everything is on my Gmail someone please help me

    I have a new cell my daughter bought me. I texted my paranoid ex some daily text and he came back with “the ID number of your phone is your daughters”
    How did he get that info from a text? What if anything can he do with that?

    Wow… 100% of the people asking questions here do not know how to safely use a phone, and shouldn’t be allowed to have one.

    Maybe that’s demonstrated by the fact they are asking random security questions in a random comment section like this?!
