Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL Leaked: Color Variants and Price Revealed
Google is all set to launch their Android flagship devices, the Google Pixel 2 and the Pixel 2 XL smartphones on the 4th of October. However details on the two smartphones leaked today as Droid-Life reported the pricing as well as the color variants of the devices. The two Pixel devices also appeared in leaked renders.
Reportedly, the phones look exactly as they were rumored to. While we can only see the back of the devices for now, it looks like the Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will feature a glass back panel which is smaller in size, as expected.
Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL Specifications and Color Variants
The Google Pixel 2, which will be made by HTC will come out into the markets in three color variants:
– Just Black
– Clearly White
– Kinda Blue
The larger of the two, the Google Pixel 2 XL would feature two color variants
– Just Black
– Black and White
The black and white variant reminds us of the Nexus smartphones and their panda like bodies. This does look unique and quite attractive though many who were awaiting these devices are a little disheartened by the design. While the front of the phones cannot be seen, it is expected that the front will feature a bezel-less display for the larger variant.
Both, the Google Pixel 2 as well as the Pixel 2 XL do not feature a 3.5mm headphone jack. Both of them are expected to feature squeezable edges similar to the HTC U11. Both these phones would also feature a waterproof body unlike last year. The phones are expected to run on Snapdragon 835 processor. The base storage has also been upgraded from 32GB to 64GB.
