    I am still locked out of my gmail account despite following the recommended steps. I do not recall the account creation date and whoever hacked my account has changed all login and recovery info. I have no access to an account that has a great deal of sensitive information stored. Google sent me an e-mail saying unable to verify me. Please help.

  6. Valerie Estrella says:

    I didn’t think that helped. I tried many times, but the hacker of my boyfriend’s account changed the recovery phone numbers and emails. Can you provide us another option?

    • Abhishek Mandloi says:

      Sometimes when you are not able to login, Google will ask what was the old password you remember. This could help.

      If the hacker has changed recovery phone and email, then you would have received a notification. There would a link with the notification to revert. Use that.

    The one I proudly called the love of my life obviously didn’t feel about me the same way I felt about her, I heard talks about her lover but I trusted her with everything, just to clear doubts I hired , (cyberwebkey484(at)gmail(dot)com) to hack into her phone so I could prove his critics wrong but it was I that needed to come to new lights, I was played and I wouldnt have known until I hired an hacker , (cyberwebkey484(at)gmail(dot)com) who cleared my doubts within a few days by showing me Emails, pictures, viber texts, whatsapp messages, her facebook and a host of other things I’ll prefer to keep discrete, I’ve heard of fake hackers too so I recommend this one ‘cos i know he genuine.

  8. Kemcho says:

    @layeeqwani:disqus Check your secondary email where you would have received the notification for change in security options. I think there will be a link to undo that.

  20. I am locked out of my Gmail accounts kerryanningram@gmail.com and kerry.ann.ingram@gmail.com, my actual legal given name, and I followed all the recommended steps, but I can’t get access to it. Here are all the messages I received in each step:

    Confirm the phone number you provided in your security settings: ••••• ••••02 (I don’t have a phone number that ends with 02, mine ends with 04)

    * Get your Google Pixel 3a (NEVER HAD A GOOGLE PHONE)
    * Open the Settings app
    * Tap Google
    * Choose your account, if it not already selected
    * Tap Manage your Google Account
    * Select the Security tab (you may need to scroll to the right)
    * Under “Signing in to Google,” tap Security code
    * Choose an account to get your code

    Answer your security question
    City of birth? (It won’t accept my answer)

    To get a verification code, first, confirm the recovery email address you added to your account ••••••@•••••••.•••
    (Not my email)

    To help keep your account secure, Google needs to confirm this account belongs to you.
    To recover your account, try again to sign in:
    * Answer as many questions as you can
    * Use a device where you’ve signed in before
    * Choose a familiar Wi-Fi network, such as at home or work
    I did everything it asked of me, and I still can not get into my accounts. :-(

    As you can see, all my account information was changed—the login and recovery info, like my phone number, email, city of birth etc. You can also see that I was asked to go to my google pixel 3a phone settings, but I have never owned a Google Pixel phone. I have been using an iPhone (different models) for years. I have used Blackberry and a Galaxy note in the past, but never a Pixel. I had these accounts set up on my Macbook in the Internet Accounts session. I recently got a new Mackbook, and during the setup process, I was asked to sign back into my accounts and found out that I couldn’t. Please help me.
