Google has recently joined the famous micro-blogging site twitter.
Normally, Google used to share its updates and news via blogs. And most people prefer full feeds than 140 character messages -then too Google has attracted many followers.

I would recommend blog feeds because twitter RSS will mostly contain duplications.
