Google has recently joined the famous micro-blogging site twitter.
Normally, Google used to share its updates and news via blogs. And most people prefer full feeds than 140 character messages -then too Google has attracted many followers.

I would recommend blog feeds because twitter RSS will mostly contain duplications.

Googlereader – For news regarding Google Reader.

App_engine – For Technical Updates on Application Engine.

Blogger – Acts like Blogger FAQS.

Googlewmc – Twitter account for Google Webmaster Central (main account)

Adwordshelper – main AdWords support account

Mattcutts – Matt Cutts, head of web spam team in Google.
