Search The Date of Independence Day Directly via Google, Sorry Bing You Couldn’t

One feature that most of the people doesn’t know is that Google directly displays the date of Independence day for all the countries. The Independence day data is picked from Wikipedia and other reliable sources.

To know, when the Independence Day lies for a country, all you have to do is search for Independence Day + Country Name.

For Example: Independence Day India or Independence Day Mexico

Google Independence day result

Note that not all countries celebrate Independence Day. Instead they celebrate National Day which symbolizes independence, or day of becoming republic or significant date for country. So you have to search for National Day + Country Name.

For Example : National Day Japan

This is the reason for why I prefer Google over Bing. On searching for date of Independence day, Bing returns first result from some commercial or greeting card website which is normal but again I need to click on that result to know the exact date.  On the other hand, Google directly displays me the exact date saving me time and an extra click.

Compare yourself: Bing result for Independence day Russia and Google result for same.
