Google Logo for LHC
The LHC (Large Hadron Collider) is the world’s largest and highest-energy particle accelerator costing around US$4.1 billion . Its main purpose is to explore the validity and limitations of particle physics. The LHC was built by the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), and lies underneath the Franco-Swiss border near Geneva, Switzerland. On the opening day of LHC when the beams would be circulating the collider Google displayed customized LHC logo.
